This ZVS phase-shift full-bridge evaluation board represents the newly developed ZVS DC-DC converter for telecom rectifiers with an output voltage from 45 to 56VDC and an output power of 2kW. This converter works with an input voltage between 350 and 420VDC (typical 385VDC) and a switching frequency of 100kHz on the primary side.
The EVAL_800W_ZVS_FB_CFD7 is a high performance example with a complete Infineon solution. The board includes high voltage and low voltage power MOSFETs, controllers and drivers, demonstrating a very effective way to design the high voltage DC-DC stage of a server or industrial SMPS, fulfilling the highest standard of efficiency and reliability.
